This novel comes from a column created by the author in England. In it she takes on the guise of a 52-year-old, wealthy, stay-at-home British woman who is clueless to the life about her. The humor comes in her descriptions of what is occurring and her inability to see the obvious, such as her husband's affair with the housekeeper. The entire story is told through blog updates her computer savvy 20-something son has helped her discover. The book is entertaining, but her "cluelessness" runs thin since she does not seem to see anything before the readers figure it out. The ending is very neatly tied up, perhaps too neatly tied up, but I found myself none the worse for wear having read the novel. A light, fun diversion.
